There are two mandatory fees need to pay when applicants apply for Vietnam visa on arrival.

Business visa is issued for those who are travelling to Vietnam to conduct business related activities such as participating in conference meeting, conducting market research, meeting with local suppliers, etc.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do I get refunded if my visa application is rejected?
If your application is denied by the Vietnam Immigration, the visa service is refunded to you. According to our refund policy, you will receive the visa service fee within 7 working days since the refund notification is confirmed.
2. Do the visa service fee cost less if I apply for visa with a group of people?
Yes, if you apply through us, we will offer some discount for a group of applicants. However, the stamping fee is the same to every applicant
3. What currency do I pay for Vietnam visa?
For the visa service fee is quoted by us in USD and will automatically converted into your local currency by your bank at the time of applying, while stamping fee is highly suggested to pay in USD to avoid a bad exchange rate at the Vietnam airport
4. How can I pay my visa service fee?
We accept debit/credit cards including Visa, Master and JCB. If you wish to pay through Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer, please kindly contact us for more details.
5. If I don’t have a credit card, can I use my friend’s credit card to pay?
Yes, you can. We are using 3D security to detect any fraud in transaction. Please do inform your friend about the transaction to avoid any possible disputes in the future.
