On arrival, the traveler should head to the window marked “landing visa”. The immigration window is only for people who already have the visa. If the traveler hasn’t already filled the application, it is advised to complete the visa on arrival form by the window.

Once completed, the traveler should submit:

• A valid passport

• A copy of visa approval letter

• Vietnamese visa application form

• 02 passport sized photos

• Stamping fee in US Dollar in cash

After providing all the documentation, travelers are asked to wait. The name of the traveler will be called when their application has been reviewed.

Vietnam business visa on arrival for Jordanian citizens

To obtain a business visa, Jordan’s passport holders must have a sponsor company based in Vietnam.

Here is the list of documents required for a business visa:

• A valid passport copy which is valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam

• A business certificate of Vietnam based sponsor company

• Form NA2

• Form NA16

• Tentative business plan in Vietnam

Their sponsor company will submit these documents to the Vietnamese Immigration Department and need to wait from 5-7 working days to get a visa approval letter
